Macarthur Saints Celebrate Another Great Season at end-of-Year Pizza Night

On Thursday, 13 August, the Macarthur Saints family came together for a fantastic night of food, fun and celebration at Pizza Hut St Andrews, enjoying an all-you-can-eat pizza night to mark the end of another memorable season.
The event brought together the whole Macarthur Saints club, with players from all teams, coaches, volunteer
s and club staff coming together under one roof. It was a great opportunity for everyone to take a break from the football field, enjoy some good food and spend time together as one Saints family.
The night was about more than just pizza. It was a chance to celebrate the hard work, commitment and achievements of everyone involved with the club throughout the season. From our youngest players experiencing their early days of rugby league through to our older age groups, every team has played an important part in making 2026 another successful year for Macarthur Saints.
We would like to thank all of our players, coaches, managers, volunteers, families and club staff for their dedication and support throughout the season. The Saints would not be the club it is today without the incredible people who give their time and energy to make our club such a special place.
A huge thank you also goes to Pizza Hut St Andrews for hosting the Macarthur Saints and helping make the night such an enjoyable experience for the entire club. We greatly appreciate your hospitality and support.
The End-of-Year Pizza Night was a fantastic way to bring everyone together and celebrate what makes Macarthur Saints so special — our people, our community and our Saints family.
As another season comes to a close, we look forward to building on the success of 2026 and continuing to grow together in 2027.

Our End of Season Pizza Night was about much more than pizza.
Traditionally, our teams would finish their season by buying their own pizzas, finding somewhere to sit and eating together in the cold. While it was always a chance for teams to celebrate, it didn’t always give us the opportunity to come together as one club.
This season, we wanted to do something different.
After a year where many of our teams spent much of the season playing at different grounds and, at times, feeling like we were all operating in our own little corners of the club, we felt it was important to bring everyone back together — players, families, coaches, managers, team staff and our committee.
Pizza…
It was a fantastic night to cap off an amazing season. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the night. As the President it warmed my heart seeing all of our kids and staff enjoying themselves. A very special mention must go to our Champion of a Secretary Leisa Marii, who put the whole night together, without her tireless work our Club would not be what it is today. A massive thanks to all our Coaches, Managers, Team Staff, First Aiders, Board, Committee and of course the Kids of Macarthur Saints, without all of us our Club wouldn't be the fantastic Club it is.
